Homestand Progress Report

I originally set a goal of 7-1 on this 8 game set at home. So far they are 4-1, which isn't bad. The Sox were really in a tough situation coming into the games against the Mariners and the Royals. They were expected to sweep those five games, anything less than that would be a disappointment. The Sox did well to rebound after their crummy loss to the Royals and take that series.

To reach my goal, they would have to sweep the Angels. This is definitely do-able, but I'm going to have to re-adjust my goal once again. 6-2 is acceptable for me, so as long as they win the series, I'll be a happy camper.
