B-Mac Traded to the Rangers

Yes, I've heard (and yes I've come out of my unplanned winter break hibernation); I'm doing som research so I can put out a good post with minimal bias.

My initial reaction is that I like it despite the minor control problems of Masset.

Danks is younger than B-Mac and just as highly regarded, and he's a lefty in case Beuhrle leaves.

In the context of the entire off-season, I really like the move. KW has given up 4 (Cotts, Garcia, Gload and B-Mac) players to get 8 good, young arms mostly to combat last year's bullpen problems and possibly to use as future trade bait for an outfielder.
