Rob Neyer is on Crack
ESPN columnist Rob Neyer picked the White Sox to finish third in the division.
What gives? How in your right mind can you make that prediction. If he said second, I wouldn't doubt his judgement. If this was last year, I wouldn't question his sanity. But this year, clearly he's hitting the crack pipe.

Looks like I may have to eat a big ol' helping of humble pie. Rob Neyer, I will never doubt your judgement again.
I owe Rob Neyer an apology, not only did he nail the fact that the Sox would finish third, but as the year has passed I have come to realize he is actually one of the best baseball writers around.
Neyer unlike most writers is willing to embrace new age stats to further his analysis, and more often than not he provides spot-on analysis.
So forgive me Rob, I was young and foolish and didn't realize that you're a greater man than me.
